One has to decide what will they be known for. Both of their lives are sorted. They need not cross each other's path. Aamir is good that he raises discussions on social causes, though stays shy of stirring or touching Muslims pool of problems. But in general, he is good as he starts a project, it gives jobs to others. So besides acting, he is good for something else.
As for Aishwarya, she is good in acting, picking good roles (specially the one like that of Bengali widow role). She represents India at big events like in Cannes film festival. So she is just equally good for India like Aamir is. They both represents India in good light going around the world. Then how does it matter, if they have not worked together or will ever work together. It is a totally unnecessary thought.
