The "that's much better" story at the deli counter reminds me when i worked in produce and this lady wanted a half a cantaloupe. So i sliced it fresh out of the cooler, wrapped it in the plastic and she HATED it. Said it was hot, and i was like "oh ok" and then she asked for the manager to bring it to her. We didn't have a manager on duty. So i wrapped the other half and my coworker gave it to her and she was like "thats SO much better thank you, you clearly know what youre doing". Plot twist is that dickhead still dosent know what hes doing at that store.
