Selena Gomez performing " Who Says " during her Stars Dance Tour stop at Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA on 10/26/13. This was the first time that I saw Selena live. She definitely has a very lively show. This song is song from her album When The Sun Goes Down which came out in 2011. I was little disappointed that she she lip-synchs more than half of her songs. This one was one of the few she sang completely live. With all the dancing and moving around I guess it would probably be hard for Selena to perform the whole show live. I saw the tour when it started in August on TH-cam so I knew ahead of time she lip-synched so I was not completely surprised great performance nonetheless.
