PLOT OF THE SONG
The song/ video portrays that "She is waiting and longing for her beloved on a dim moonlit night when everything is asleep. She is looking over the white clouds caressing the mountains in the far-away valley. She is requesting her Love to come back while she is young and passionate. She is waiting him anxiously all night till the twilight of the dawn appears".

hi mukhtar wonderful & superb rendition.u r fan of madhubala & in most of ur work u hv superimposed madhu bala. this particular song a speculative magical creation of sahir & madan mohan with abyss aura & mailstrom words get shortened 2 xpress the feelings. nalini jaywant the heroin of railway plate form felt quite lonely after her husbands death & her sudden mysterious death was a gr8 agony 4 her fans. let her soul rest in eternal peace.

The sing is no doubt excellent. Madan Mohan was an assistant to S.D.Burman at least in Do Bhai (1947).
Your montage has beautifully capatured the touching sentiments of this masterpiece of a song by Lata. For me this is one of Lata's five best songs, another one being, another one being "sapane me sajan se do baate.." One of your best creations, since it does not clash with Madhubala's lip movements.
