No it's not... Ap visa ko chor din filhal vo itna koi process nh hota hy. Bs online form fill krna hota hy or ik Stam paper bnwana hota hy. Or vo usi ik din ka hi kam hota hy. So don't stress over any such thing rn.

prefer to add non academic activities certificates of the past 5 years, but in any case u don't have a lot so u may add others too.
