You would be amazed at the amount of clad you will find in just a few hours. You will do much better than at the beach.
Eat those strawberries! A little natural sugar is good for you. Just not all the ultra processed garbage in the stores. Some carnivore diets include fruit and dairy. So a little wont kill you.
