龍樹菩薩親自撰寫的偈語「準提菩薩開咒偈」。光念開咒偈的加持力就已經很大了。念準提咒之前要念這首偈語？是用來祈請準提菩薩降臨壇場加持。誠心念這首偈語，準提菩薩及其各部護法聖眾，就會立刻受請降臨。龍樹菩薩本身的果位早已成佛，祂的分身再來世間傳授佛法，佛號是「妙雲相如來」，亦名「妙雲自在王如來」或「妙雲相佛」。修準提法之前念誦龍樹菩薩的開咒偈，除了得到準提佛母的護念外,還更得到龍樹菩薩的加持。
