They had this one moment where they were able to forget all of that. To just have fun. To laugh and act silly, as they should. Then the moment the song ends, they’re brought back to reality, and you see them both become visibly weighed down from it all. God, I love them.
I know alot of people were upset at this scene when the movie first came out, since they chose to keep such a long and seemingly pointless time-suck when they cut out so many other things from the book for the sake of runtime. But I disagree. While I absolutely understand the frustration, I think this scene was great. The entire movie is hardship after hardship for these guys, and the break they have is really nice, I think, for both the characters and the fans watching. They chose a great song, and the actors did well in portraying the sort of ‘light in the darkness” that this was in an otherwise hopeless feeling situation.
The best moment of Death Instignia 1 part they forgot about reality then and this is the best thing about them being able to free themselves from all the problems of that time .. But I love Harry Potter
