I'm Jamaican-Canadian and recently bought property in the Volta Region and began commercial farming last year. Really happy to see my fellow Jamaican ☺

Thank you for this video. Just listening to my Jamaican sister talking about grater cake, gizzada and sweet potato pudding put a smile on my face. It is clear that she and her husband are industrious and will make it. She gave a lot of ideas and tips which I found to be invaluable as I am considering visiting the continent in the not too distant future. Just a question, where Ghana is Jamaica Village? I may have missed this bit of information. I just subscribed to your channel.

The Jamaican village is located in the Peak of the Akuapem Mountains, Eastern Region of Ghana 🇬🇭. Information is in the description too. Thanks for subscribing

As a Ghanaian I have seen that the Caribbeans especially Jamaicans are even more peaceful than us in Ghana.
You never here anything bad about them. I know a Ghanaian born kid to Caribbean parents who won a case to maintain his dreadlocks in high school at the High Court against his school. These are our families.
    Ghana is freedom and Justice.
