They probably could but they probably going to focus on other version's
Hearing a lot of complaints about the hair, but I think it works out a lot better with the thinner, more matted style they went with. To me it looks a lot more accurate to the movie, compared to if someone decides to brush it all out and make it all smooth lookin'. But packed with a hair net over it would've been a better decision. As far as the non-articulated fingers, yeah that really sucks with not being able to recreate the scene where he's flippin' the bird. And I doubt they'll ever give us alternate hands to buy, not that I've tried to see how difficult it would be to remove these.
*Oh okay, so you actually brushed yours. I've seen some go way more hardcore to where it's looking like the Sideshow Seed replica.
the preorders has smooth hair now, just got mine
the hair is fixed in the new preorders. I had mine mailed to me today and they also fixed the eyebrowns which is now shorter. The hair now is really straight and there is no tangles or frizzy hair, reminds me of how seed of chucky hair looks like.
How to cut the eyebrowns and fix the hair?
actually really impressed with the final product. the hair is a bit bright orange but other than that its damn perfect haha. Hope they release more soon so I can get one

And I found out that if you use fabric softener, it will take out the tangles in his hair. It works with all dolls

No, but damn that sucks you haven't gotten yours yet. Way back when this first went up for pre-order, I legit thought the only way to get it was through the NECA store, and you had to pay up front. Then at some point after forking over the $450, I realized I didn't have to do that.

Entertainment Earth is kinda known to receive Neca pre order units much later compared to other 3rd party sellers. Probably just depends on the product tho. But I reached out to them and they said that their pre orders will ship first come first serve, so that means that people who pre ordered from 2020-2021 will get their sooner.

So crazy how this is going for like a grand on eBay. What's even more nuts is ppl listing it for $10,000 🤣. Not sure if the number on the box represents how many were made, but I sure wouldn't have thought that many got produced. So even with the crazy pricing, ppl are still willing to pay that over the 2nd batch ToTS Seed version for $600. Just shows how much better this one is by comparison. And man, I'd love to see one review where they compare both of those along with the Sideshow Seed version...aka Axl Rose Chucky.

With the doll stand you're mentioning, I've been looking like crazy for the black ones I got years ago for the ToTS Gremlins. They have a slightly larger base, not to mention looking a lot classier with being black. Only ones I'm finding though are much smaller. Since no one's mentioning them, seems like the black ones are totally discontinued, and no one's selling off old stock.

Awesome review dude. This doll looks incredible. Is there a certain brush you used for the hair? Did you put any product in at all?
No product yet! I just used a regular wide head hair brush and braced the head while brushing real slow :)
To prevent rips to the foam it's better to make cuts when the arms and legs stretchs. I did that on my Good Guy and his movements are better. That BOD sculpt is really cool and looks exactly like the one in the movie.🙂

@@FizzTVR it’s real, Garret recommended that and honestly it’s so much better, the movement it’s much fluid and the foam will not rip. There are photos that show this, Also they do it with the dolls of the movies. It’s a clean cut and look amazing
@@errejimenez1812 that's true. Mine started to rips after 2 days. You can pose the dolls many ways after the cuts without damaging the dolls.

Actually we never got a child's play 1looking Chucky doll the only thing we got from child's play 1 is the acessories from that movie: voodoo knife, and the hammer

Yeah the reason why studios can make the child's play 1 doll is because of copyright issues, you see MGM made the first child's play and universal studios they made the sequels to the movie, and that's why MGM made the remake because MGM owns the rights to the first child's play,universal owns the rights to the rest of the movies and series that comes after the first movie

You can tell NECA Used the same font and tried to mimic the logo you can tell by the Y in GUYS the logo has it curved NECA just stayed with the font lol

So prototype image you showed at start if video and same images i see on some websites isnt a new doll its this exact neca doll was wondering since one site is overpriced but i thought the doll is new and lifelike and the skin looked different and teeth more replica like and thought of paying
They went to crazy on the eyebrows he doesn't have that much hair on the eyebrows face color looks kinda off you can paint the face with acrylic paint make it look the right tone color.
That's the best one I've seen.

Mine does, I pull them down a little from the armpit but moving the arms causes it to ride back up

The painter mistook a divot in Chucky’s face as a scar… I made a video showing a better quality picture showing the divot under the scar 🎉

I haven’t decided on changes I wanna make just yet. If anything it’s made me wanna have my ToTS Chuck/Tiff rehauled to have better mouths and fix Chucky’s skin tone and hair 😅😅

Not sure if Moody Pudding was partnered with NECA from the get-go; cause if it was an after the fact situation, that'd make things more promising with doing another Chucky. Like things are a lot more refined now, so possibly they're considering a part 1 Chucky. Maybe that's why ToTS got part 2. Just like Seed...they're the cheaper and less desired licenses. As far as NECA making any accessories, I just don't see that happening, not even a lighter weight Heart of Damballa 😞. At least we got ToTS makin' a lot of that stuff, but I don't think they'll make things like the wine bottle or pistols since they're from Bride 🤷🏼♂️.

I was disappointed with this doll, the body is great but face is off to me. The face feels like a giant action figure as opposed to a doll replica.
