This horse will depart HK next week and have its own World Tour, starts at Dubai, next year. The global racing fans should encourage him and wish the horse can break more and more records.
THIS WAS THE RACE WORTH STAYING UP FOR!! ICON CHAMP ROMANTIC WARRIOR MADE IT HIS HISTORY MAKING 3RD HONG KONG CUP!! KUDOS TO YOU AND YOUR WINNING CONNECTIONS!!
GOLDIKOVA have made history aswell,she beat the best boys in the world and outside EU ,2008_2009_2010, BC mile Pull her record . Romantic warrior have never run outside hong Kong.
@DarrenLock-zj6tq it been running in Hong Kong most of his career but GOLDIKOVA run in USA 4 times and won 3 times and finished 3rd on her last appearance. UK and of course la France ,where she have beaten the best colt in the world.I did not say Rw is bad horse ,my point is GOLDIKOVA did history aswell.
He's now won more than Arrogate did. I think $20,000,000 plus. He's going Saudi Cup then Dubai W.Cup. He's gonna retire with a sick amount of prize money.
G1 euro horse = WINNER. that's right! you don't look at the facts because if you did you would see the winner is another Irish bred haha ya clown, honestly if you gonna throw shade at least get your facts right.
and just encase your not satisfied Giavellotto won the Hong kong vase... another Irish bred G1 winner, ya dribbler haha. 2 Irish bred winners Longines Hong Kong Cup & the Hong kong vase. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 add those to the 5 breeders cups wins that Irish bred horses won at Breeders cup too. 👌🏼👌🏼😂😂
@KypriosKing Joke is still on You -HK has far superior trainers, Jockeys, that get horses to run faster! The 4x G1 winners sired by: NZ, Aus, Ire, GB. 3 of the 4 ridden by (vastly superior) Australian Jockeys!🏆🏆🏆
What else can be said about this superstar. The first 3 time winner of this race who has had an amazingly consistent career. If this turns out to be his last race he definitely finished on a high.
It is a bit sad that this could well be his last, what a blessing to see such a horse. He’s set records that will take a long time to break and given his owners more than enough. Definitely deserves retirement.
@@elgransenor1472which European horses over 10f this season would you have down as being better than him? Any formlines to back up your theory or is it just the usual far east horses can't possibly be as good as European horses mindset driving your comment?
@@frankelforever14 He’s very good in Hong Kong I think it would be difficult for the best European 10f horses to beat him in Hong Kong but I don’t think he could win if he was the one coming here to race ours on our home tracks.
@@elgransenor1472 but he has also won in Japan and Australia. Dubai seems to be a neutral meeting point for European/Far East horses to race against each other but if RW turned up in the Dubai Turf in March against the best the Europeans send over my money would be on RW.
He’s a very good horse in Hong Kong He looked extremely vulnerable against horses in Australia who are 1400-1600m specialist horses and not genuine 2000m horses. I doubt he could transfer this winning form to G1 level in Europe

Congrats to the official World's Best Jockey, James McDonald, on this win. Good job, Romantic Warrior!
JMac impressed on his trips to Blighty. Steering job today.

Love this horse, is a real money spinner.
Wow those winning stakes. Maybe I should get on a bit more in trying to buy a horse.
Incredible performance and history making, congratulations to the team
First watch and I said I bet thats JMac when he stood up. Correct. I wonder if he gets fined in HKG like he does in Australia?
He won’t… he celebrated way earlier 2 years ago lol
He passed the winning post
Pretty sure he wouldnt mind after pocketing his share of the £4 mil winnings he earned today

another irish bred G1 winner of the big ones, out of street cry. proper horse 6yo 17million in earnings.. not no 6 race bullshit.
How can he be OUT of Street Cry????
Street Cry was not a mare
@@johnsonkevin1 Street Cry is RW's damsire.
@Johnsonkevin
Obviously KypriosKing meant out of a Street Cry mare.
@KypriosKing
Stree Cry was out of Hellen Street, the best filly sired by the great Troy.
