@@Fishing-vr7eh tbf, this is something you could have easily searched for and found an answer within 5 minutes. If you already have a 25hp 4-stroke engine then go for it. Yeah they're quieter but they do well with 2+ people or a heavier load. I'd recommend at least a 30. Higher HP outboards proportionatly increase the re-sale value because people would rather buy a hull with a stronger engine as opposed to upgrading it in the future.
with the swing away tongue turned in and a 40hp engine how long is it ? I need a boat with swing lounge that will fit in a 19' space . thank u
