Subscribed to your channel. Good video and tutorial, easy to follow. *For those which are following, he mentioned the results wouldn't be too good. You may alter the classes in unsupervised learning or you can just do a supervised classification to improve the result.
Can you please direct me to a video of yours doing the same image analysis for the impact of climate change on freshwater resources over a 30 year period?
Thanks for the clear and helpful demo. Do we need a specific ArcGIS extension to use the 'Image Classification' tool? All the options under 'Classification' dropdown in my ArcMap are greyed out, and I can't select my image.
This is so helpful! I am having trouble when running the Difference tool (under image analysis, at 11:40 in your video ). I do not get the RGB symbology, it is a Stretch symbology and it has a Value range from 255 to -255. How do I fix this to get RGB symbology? THANK YOU!!
In preparing the composite image when the layer stacking is done Im loosing the band number information (every band is Band_1 ). why does this happen and how to obtain the band numbers in the composite image?
Thanks, this is a very good video, but when I create the composite Red, Green, Blue, get the same band as Band 1, not Band 1 for Red, Band 2 for Green, and Band 3 for Blue as yours. What is the reason? Thanks
Hi, for those who had this issue, you just need to do it with different method: ArcToolbox > Data Management Tools > Raster > Raster Processing > Composite Bands. I hope it solves your problem! 🙌
Hi, I was wondering if you would be able to make a similar video in QGIS? I am currently working on mapping vegetation change from 1970-2020 in NE Iceland using USGS Landsat data but am new to these methods - any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you Qudsia Bano
Sir, you explain very well, but if possible prepare ur video in hindi also... In our village area we r generally use local or hindi language...so it's more beneficial to all indians. 🙏
I followed the steps like you did for a large area and the results were disappointing. Anyway can you make video for python coding to find missing rainfall data? I have daily rainfall data of five stations over 30 yrs period. There are many data missing in every stations in particular periods (can be different date or same). Can you upload video with codes for linear interpolation to find missing rainfall data of all five stations? Thank you.
Hi, thanks for your suggestion. We I'll try to incorporate your idea for our future video tutorials, however it may take a while as we are currently working on a planned set of video tutorials :)
Hi, I am also doing Rainfall analysis in arc map. I have the data of rainfall but I need rain gauges data of india including longitude and latitude. Can you tell me where did you download the stations longitude and latitude?
@@zohaib_Professor our meteorolgical department website provide the stations lat and long. I don't know anything about India. You can search it in your country's meteorolgical website
@@maiya_angel can you send me the link of your country’s website where they have rain gauge station data indicating lat and long, with Rainfall as well. So that in the meanwhile I can practice it on GIS. I will be really glad if you do that. Thank you so much.

I am so confused, but at the same time intrigued. I hope to someday be able to do all of this with ease.
thanks for the clear and helpful demo can u pl make a video how to do the same with geopandas
Hi, geopandas is a package designed for working with vector data. You may look into raster manipulation packages for such applications.
u explained it better than many others ... great video
pl make a video of Landcover Change Detection using Landsat with geopandas on spyder
Very informative video. May you please make the same video with qgis. Probably with forest change due to flood or fire.
Thank you for this tutorial. It is very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
can i get video for flood analysis for Assam
Can you please direct me to a video of yours doing the same image analysis for the impact of climate change on freshwater resources over a 30 year period?

How can you find the difference layer with QGIS? Great video btw!!!
Awesome and your voice is clearly good
thank you so much sir. keep on going.you are a great help to everyone

should we do an atmospheric correction on the downloaded images before this tutorial ?
Sir my concern is, the image classification tool cannot show raster data or inactive..
Awesome video. Sir can you help me to get afforestation and deforestation in specific area?
Thank you so much 😁 I was on the hunt for a way to demonstrate this myself in an up and coming report I have
Is this Amit Sengupta sir?
How can I use arc gis pro to do the same analysis?
In preparing the composite image when the layer stacking is done Im loosing the band number information (every band is Band_1 ). why does this happen and how to obtain the band numbers in the composite image?
Did you use ndvi? gndvi? You can't run it if you dont set parameters. Classification is mandatory here mate. Cheers.
Thanks. Very very helpful
Hello sir.
How can I find images of fire memories from the same area ? thanks.
Amazing video, thank you so much
You are welcome :)
Excelente video
You are welcome
Very much comprehensive
why we use only 7 bands?
Thanks, this is a very good video, but when I create the composite Red, Green, Blue, get the same band as Band 1, not Band 1 for Red, Band 2 for Green, and Band 3 for Blue as yours. What is the reason? Thanks
Same problem with mine, all bands shown as band1 and the band combinations also not satisfactory. The image is not even clear as shown ni video.
i do have the exact same problem

Can I know how many classes you have for unsupervised? 10 or 9?
You mean in this tutorial or in general? In general there isn't a fixed number.
I followed the steps like you did for a large area and the results were disappointing.
