Citlalin means star.
Itzpapa is named after Ītzpāpalōtl, a goddess of death who ruled over the paradise of victims of infant mortality
Citlali herself is either named after citlalin as well, or after Citlāllīcuē, a goddess who married the Milky Way and created the stars

The final scene takes place at Citlalis character quest where Citlali is awaken by traveler. I remember the shot in one of their recent videos of her being surprised when she saw traveler behind her door.
The door to her home is also there in game in the lower part of the 5.2 map. It has a small staircase and 2 graffity of her pillow creatures.
