This farm (defunct) is a 2,000 acre crop farm located in Central Michigan. It began in the 1950s as a Dairy Farm. In 2000 we formed into an LLC as we looked for ways in which we could better meet the hay needs of those in the community as well as those seeking hay all across the United States.
Currently, we custom bale and cut hay on over 2000+ (750 irrigated) acres in Osceola County. This includes 1000 acres of our own plus over 1000 acres of rented ground. We grow over 10 different varieties and types of hay to meet the specific demands of our many customers. We have the ability to meet the needs of many different customers all across the U.S. who may not have an adequate supply of hay or may not have the time, equipment or the resources to commit to raising crops of their own. We supply hay to alpacas, horses, dairy cows, low potassium dry cows, goats, sheep, and yaks.
Over the last 12 years we have laid over 5 miles of underground irrigation pipes so that we have the ability to put water on over 750 acres of our hay fields. This helps us to guarantee both quality and quantity to our customers.

Wooden machine on the trailer is a Clipper seed cleaner. It would have been installed at a feed mill or grain handling facility. Farmers would bring in grain for next years planting to have debris and split seed grain removed. I believe Clipper is still in business. AL B.
That's really neat. Great information. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. The auctioneer had asked the buyer his plans and he said he was going to use it.

@@WoodyFixit 30 or so feet high would really stand out there's a model T on US 27 in Richmond IN sits on top of a silo.

It looked like they abandoned the family dog in the house and he died there!
Also, that drill press for $160 is unbelievable!
It's crazy what gets left behind. Moving the drill could cost 10 times that!
@@WoodyFixit it might be worth buying a skidsteer to lift up stuff like that. Get it all for real cheap then sell it all
You could have bought the crane, and a plane.... and made your very own amusement ride.... around and around in circles! Lol
