As you mentioned that you’ve done Masters in Finance, i’m also planning to do Masters but i’m not sure whether i should go with Masters in Finance or Masters with something else.. Could you please tell me your experience, like did you like the course. Is it worth doing? Is it fully theory based?

I am Sourabh Brijwani, presently working in a Public Sector bank as a Senior Clerk.
I will be greayful if You could please spare some time and Guide me in deciding my next carrier move.
I am working as a Clerk, with a CTC package of 8 Lpa.
This time I had appeared for my Promotion exams , If I opt for that I will be Posted as an Scale 1 Bank Office with CTC around 10- 12 LPA.
But my inner calling is to pursue CFA.
And I am unaware about the benefits I can get after getting CFA Charter (L3).
Please Guide whether I sould remain in Clerical Cadre and along with my job start preparing for CFA.
Or is it required that One should have prior work experience with financial profiles like Officer Cadre to be validated as a CFA.
Will that be a Worthful decision to take....?
Please guide and share your prepration strategy.
