Ambient Swell Guitar Sounds - Zoom G3X

- I'm using a parts tele into a Zoom G3X into a Blackface Fender AB763 Deluxe Reverb style amp. Mic'd with an SM57 up close and an AKG C214 in the room. I did apply some post processing reverb, EQ, and compression.
I have two delays. First is a modulated 1/4 note delay. Second is a digital .8th. Pretty typical delays. Then I run two reverbs. Both are the HD Reverb. Mix and feedback set at like 70%.

Hi Kley, awesome playing, gives me that feel good post rock ambiance! Quick question, does the G3Xn include a shimmer reverb built in (similar to the shimmer reverb in the MS 50G pedal which came a couple of years earlier)? If not do you reckon if this particular effect is downloadable via Zoom's Guitar Lab? Many thanks!

what are your settings on the pedal. also you should do a ambient cover of dreams by the cranberries. what your playing kinda sounded a bit like it

Sweet tone! How is your SM57 mic'd up? I know the G3X has an XLR input and I was wondering if that could be utilized?
Thanks! The 57 is right on the grill pointed at the edge of the cone.
You can run an XLR into the G3X. I was using it for effects though. Guitar - G3X - amp - speaker - mics - audio interface - DAW.
