I agree with your analysis of that last match. Golden knight dash beats archers and goblins so you would need to distract with miner but then saving your miner for defense doesn’t really work in a deck that’s intended to control the counter push an offensive miner would give.

I do not. Teams had its good parts and bad parts. I think teams benefited heavily from the seasons it had offline. If it had only ever been online, people wouldn’t have connected as much. I wonder what solo CRL would be like if more of it was offline

This event had invited CR esports pros and open qualifying spots. As he does not participate in esports, he did not receive an invited spot. He also did not participate in the open qualifiers.

It's qualifying. Simple reason is ryley didn't qualify, or he just didn't try to. They aren't invited to these CRL related tournaments, they need to compete against every other player to even qualify and they're top 16 of all of them.
