    Cooking Keto with Carlos and Dr. Brown! Last time, we tackled keto pizza and cookies (which Dr. Brown may have taken all for himself!). Today, we have something quick, tasty, and keto-friendly for those on the go-90 second keto bread!
    Dr. Brown found this recipe on TikTok, and he's going to show us how to make it. He'll also prepare a delightful salad to go along with it.
    We start with almond flour and add Dr. Brown's secret ingredient-pumpkin seed flour-for extra flavor. He mixes in some butter, an egg, baking powder, and a pinch of salt, then microwaves it for 90 seconds. Voila! Fresh, keto-friendly bread.
    Carlos then whips up a sandwich with roast beef and some amazing stuffed peppers with goat cheese. The salad features strawberries, red peppers, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil garlic dressing. It’s all super nutritious and keeps you on track with your keto diet.
