Our video editors made that, it's probably a green screen video with cash explosion, and they removed the green BG with chroma key. You can find videos like that on TH-cam or stock video libraries.

The Voice Over app I showcase in the video works on a credit base. You'll have 2000 free credits to use, then you'll need to subscribe to a plan to continue using it. And this is no matter if you are a Canva Free or Paid user.
