I wonder what the full impact be on the monkeys in Cambodia with all of the stolen monkeys being used as pseudo-pets for a year or so then dumped back into nonbiological troops. As for you 'poisen diget brigade' if you bothered to do any research at all, firstly you would know this is Vietnam not Cambodia and that when stable enough they along with rangers release them into the Ea So Nature Reserve Dal Lak Vietnam, except for the depressed one and one other which they kept longer ( it is not uncommon for orphaned monkey's to be depressed). Also this family were working with rangers and authorities for permission to start their own centre and reserve.

THIS is why it’s unnatural to “rescue” an infant wild animal when you have no knowledge about their needs - you can’t feed baby monkeys that crappy powdered milk and expect them to thrive nor should they be raised in a home and forced to wear diapers and clothes if the ultimate goal is to return them to their natural environment. I have absolutely no idea whether this person genuinely cared for this monkey OR he’s a good actor. Either way, his actions did result in the monkey’s death.
Rocky is such a sweet baby and you did so good on those diapers I know I couldn’t do it with one arm. You take such good care of those little babies thank you for the videos I appreciate it.
That baby like most of them are frightened watched their mothers being killed taken away and sold to the highest bidder some get lucky others get abused taught tricks like you see in a circus its not right.

He did NOT have to die. How many “abandoned” and “orphaned” monkeys do you see on these channels that reach adulthood? Other than JK and family a big fat zero. Either they die because they do not receive the necessary nutrients at birth from it’s mother or they die at the hands of their captors who give them an overdose of ketamine or dump them where they were originally taken from where they die because he will never be accepted into a troop and doesn’t have survival skills.

By the way, ALL infant monkeys cling to whoever or whatever (stuffed animal, blanket) will accept them.

I’m sure it died just like Rocky. If this guy truly cared about these monkeys he would not steal them in the first place. The very least he could do is see to it the monkeys go to a real rescue where they will be raised in an environment mimicking their natural habitat and NOT making them wear diapers and clothes and feed them fake powdered milk and fruit. But that was never his intention.

i love my rocky.....so polite and respectful... i just love him so much.. please be sure to discipline rosi and rikki as well to be respectful and not selfish with food and milk. rosi has to be the same and rikki too. i know its hard and it takes time but especially with rosi you need to do it.
I think the calm attitude of the host/hostess influences the stability of these babys. First thing I saw was how long he waited for his little macaque to come to the diaper. I mean what is the hurry?

I’m sure it died just like Rocky. If this guy truly cared about these monkeys he would not steal them in the first place. The very least he could do is see to it the monkeys go to a real rescue where they will be raised in an environment mimicking their natural habitat and NOT making them wear diapers and clothes and feed them fake powdered milk and fruit. But that was never his intention.
