My hunch is yes, but to best answer this question in full detail, visit their website and sign up to speak with a business consultant. tvc.texas.gov/entrepreneurs/
Step one is going on that website and connecting with a business consultant? Is this a requirement? I was hoping i could get an LLC or Inc from online within the day.
Generally, you can get an llc online. However, every state has its own filing/registration fees that would need to be paid. In order to avoid paying your state fees under the veteran benefit, you will need to follow the instructions per their website. "All qualified veterans will receive a Veteran Verification Letter from the TVC Veteran Entrepreneur Program waiving the $300 registration fee with the Secretary of State and the first five years of state franchise tax with step-by-step instructions on processing their documents with the Secretary of State."
Great info thank u
