    Claimant in a family inheritance dispute at a County Court.
    In a county court can a GSM be used for a court hearing?
    In a county court can emails be used for a court hearings?
    Can I call and speak directly to the District Judge?

    To be honest they have changed the process now. It’s one interview now and the questions have changed.

      Just be yourself, prepare for the questions as suggested, I found the people a bit too formal to be honest. It's only a one-interview process. Read the email they sent you carefully, it does guide you.
      I have not been contacted to say no, so I believe I'm in with a chance. Some of your answers from the application could be useful. Also, they do not know anything about you or have sight of your application. I missed that when reading the instructions the first time.
