    Daym, the quality of the video, it's like watching a movie and learning tons

    Okay I really need to start learning and using the pen tool far more than I am using it right now. Even the smallest abstract thing added by a pen tool makes a lot of difference to the design.

    The 3rd one for me. You showed what they offered instead of telling me what they offered. And your course rocks (btw). Working with the nav section. A few touch ups and I’ll be submitting it this evening.

    Really like all of the redesigns! The last one made me wonder... How often would you recommend using images or any other visual content? Did you consider an image on the 3rd re-design?

    What's the song you used in the 3rd entry? I've been working on my about me page for my portfolio and well I've been dreading rebuilding it.

    i seriously don't get how he can make the lines / shapes so perfect like @1:42 and @5:39. I use Adobe XD and in there theirs also the same pencil tool like he's using by why can't i get it to look as he does? i can't get mine as curvy as his? do u know what he does make it more flexible?

    Are designers still designing for the hand-off to developers, like this video would suggest?
    It seems like most people are designing for templates nowadays. So what’s the most efficient method of designing for a template? Let’s say I’m using the Divi theme.

      That makes me suffer :D It has never been so easy to develop individual designs as it is today.

      It depends, nowadays when companies look for developers sometimes they tend to require someone to be proficient in front-end and/or back-end. That includes designing prototypes for pages and components.

      I also got into the theme trap in my early days of web development, but your goal should be able to design impromptu or at least have it done in less than a week or so. Themes can save you a bit of time but you can't just use it in every project you will be working with and buying another one will always cost you some money.

    Design 1: how will you deal with screen that is taller?

    • @334Bena
      @334Bena 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Desktop displays are almost never above the 16:10 ratio, so as long as you declare the size of the image in VH and % or use something like background cover of a column you're good

    Great designs but it becomes harder for these designs to make responsive
