I am roughly 98.76% certain that the lightning damage from triggers (both the weapon's and the trait's) did not have crushing hits and James was right. Also, i think the reason the Abyss Charm showed higher tooltip damage was because the damage bonus it provided by being legendary was unconditional but the other charm that gave 40% increased damage at close range was conditional on being at close range and so cant be calculated on the tooltip. However, that note is more for knowledge as it wouldn't have been boosting the triggers very well since they didn't count as close range as stated above.
"The Ordnance Delivery Impactor (Neutronium) Mk III was used in the Naglfar campaign to clear landing zones from orbit, and occasionally CAS. Marines tended to complain about adverse weather, since the railgun left a bit of a static charge, resulting in lightning literally out of the blue. Remember, it's not a war crime the first time!" -- Field manual of The Railgun +9 (Sled mount and batteries are not included)
The absolute irony of the one item you needed to save for late game ends up being the branch to save you from the surplus of legendaries with crappy enchantments. This game is tragically funny sometimes.
Or cold, fire or lightning enchantments. A one in four to get +2, or bonus lightning effects, or bonus chill/fire effects. +8 lightning buff could be fun. +8 cold debuff might have been interesting. +11 would have been hilarious. But fire effects would have sucked.
Regarding the dragon head event room, even if you drop a weapon in front of him, all it does is pop up a menu, where you can choose what enchantment you want and also, alternatively change your mind and refuse. Not wanting to change your weapon enchantment is one thing, not checking at all is another

If they'd just grabbed the no crit book for crushing hits with all damage instead of ranged damage.... They could have done more lightning
Some of the hits were definitely showing long range despite all the ranged being closeup.
@SullySadface I'm pretty sure a hit can be both close range and far range under certain conditions like the trait they had.
@@codylevine899 Yeah, i was probably seeing it on the lightning. Moot point in the end.

I love the commitment to throw the build out the window so you can be the LEGENDARY Santa!
Lee-gendary
This is it, this is my favorite Tiny Rogues episode ever of all time
Santa that burns you with a malfunctioning space heater and also picks your pocket at the mall.
Merry Cursedmas I guess
Wow, the last ten minutes was nuts. There's committing to the bit. But that was when you and the bit are in a committed relationship.
1:08:07 : ] the bestest charm aquired
One day Ruby will add an option that turn all the bad alcohol into good drinks...
Truly legendary. (Also you never lost any soul hearts lol)
Evil Christmas Fairy is basically that character from Scrooged.

My lack of distress at your decision making has me stressed! How does that make you feel?
The switch on the build is sad because the 2nd level had Ice Conjuration...
I can't treat myself to milk, I'm lactose intolerant :c
I could go for a bratwurst
