Also, when it comes to worship The Lord only cares if it's pure and of the heart. If his heart is in it who cares how he plays a riff it got the job done and sounded amazing. What mixer do you use for in ear monitor, Jem? I'm using Behringer P-16 personal monitor but never get the good tone in my iem. It sounds terrible no matter how I tweak the P-16 equalizer.
might not be the p-16 i run p-16's at my church, depends on how the sound system has it set up mono, stereo etc. Tweak at home it should should pretty similar to your tone studio and at church
From one music director to another, why not show some confidence in the team? You really have to count them in to that many sections? They don't know the song arrangement? What kind of team is cool enough for fog machines but can't play Hosanna without queues?

the riff isn’t right. after the first cycle it goes back to a 3 instead of 5. only the second intro into the verse goes to the 5
He played the live in miami version, which is different from the og from all of the above
I'm sure he's capable of emulating any of the recordings. If he's playing it wrong, it's almost certainly on purpose.
