This was the most beautiful performance I have ever seen. The way they flowed so seamlessly and perfectly and the mesmerizing choreography left me sobbing. I’ve never felt that way before about any athletic performance I have ever watched. Absolutely amazing!
This performance was one of the best! This program is captivating and makes you emote during their skate! They made it seem effortless! I really wished for them a gold medal 🥇 Hopefully at worlds and Olympics such programs will be rewarded, although the competition is quite tight!
Hubbell and Donahue (H/D) won the free dance - but lost to Chock and Bates (C/B) in the RD. If H/D hadn’t made mistakes in the RD, they probably would have received gold. This FD is absolutely exquisite!!

Very frustrating and disappointing to see how little esteem of ice dance there seems to be at NBC whose prime time coverage of figure skating always favours single skating. Just watched hours of coverage and all we got was Ladies and Men, short and long programs. You’d think they would at the very least show the top 3 US teams during prime time. And by prime time I mean NBC main network
I love Chock and Bates, but I’m sorry… this was highway robbery. Maddy and Zach clearly gave a far superior performance, both technically and from a components standpoint, and it really wasn’t close. I was shocked by the scores.
I Totally agree... just watched C&B and they clearly made errors at the end of their program. This was very moving. What was going on with the judging??

Wrong! They are dancing with the music, they don’t need to speeding over the music, this is pure artistry and dance and it’s miles ahead in artistry than majority of the European dancers

Don’t forget the Rhythm dance. Hard to recover from that deficit even though they were awarded maximum components for their Free dance.
