Jugend Philharmoniker（ユーゲント・フィルハーモニカー）は、財団法人「日本青年館」の音楽行事（オーケストラ・フェスタ、全国高等学校選抜オーケストラ・ヨーロッパ公演、日本ユンゲ・オーケストラ・ヨーロッパ公演）に参加したメンバーが中心となり、2006年3月に創設されたオーケストラです。東京都内を活動の拠点とし、3月の定期演奏会を中心に、福祉施設や普段生のオーケストラに触れる機会のない農村への訪問演奏、地方公演、その他、行楽施設の各種イベントやテレビ番組での依頼演奏など幅広い活動を行っています。
「社会にオーケストラがどのように貢献していけるか」を模索していきたいという理念の下、音楽的に人間的に成熟した団体作りに励みながら、「アマチュア・オケだからできること（≒プロオケには出来ないこと）」を追求していきます。

Jugend Philharmoniker is an amateur orchestra, founded in March 2006 by the person who participated in the music event of foundation "Nippon-seinenkan" ; Orchestra festival, The all Japan high school selected Orchestra, or the Japanese Junge orchestra.
We make the base of activity in Tokyo to perform on the regular concert in March. And we present wide range of activities, such as a visiting performance to welfare facilities, a farm village without usual opportunities to touch orchestra, and other request performances by the various events or TV program.
