If you are using closed shapes from a stencil e.g. a rectangle you can't format differing radius corners within the shape. But you can format another identical shape with different size corners and then use Operations from the Shape menu to combine them into a new shape. This works very well. I plan to do another tutorial soon on creating custom shapes - watch this space.
