Hello Natalie, I have problematic skin I break out oftenly. But recently I realized that cutting off dairy and sugar completely helps in clearing my skin. Are there foods you don't use because of acne?
Your actually right. Basically anything with sugar. Even that yogurt she is eating has added sugar. Sugar is so toxic to our skin and if only people knew what wonders going without added, processed sugars would do to the skin.

Ladies,if you have acne prone skin you might want to go slow on nail polish/polish removers as they contain hormone disruptors,plus dairy products esp when you have cramps are a big no no.

I had similar acne issues...until I realized it was a micronutrient issue. Unfortunately, despite the acne clearing after supplementation, the scars.....yoh! Anyways, sometimes the acne doesn't go away no matter what you try until you control the intrinsic problem. But I hope this remedy works for you.
