How to open the door, is to go to the place where u threw the key and ur supposed to throw something at the red button. Then that door will open up. That's how u get in there

Directly behind the open screen there is a magnet gun hidden behind boxes, unless it has changes since alpha 3, that could be used for that switch.
you should be able to grab any metal object with the magnet gun(Like the red key you dropped), or at least small ones if the fixed the bug since previous alpha

Think you now have access to the key card because you turned off the generator.The key card is in that frozen pack of ice in the freezer.

they're is a key card in the ice block you need to turn of a lever in the attic then the ice block will melt and you could pick up the key card.there is also a crowbar in the attic but it is stuck in the wire but you will need to cool it down.
