The odin's chest part is not optional right now because of the bug. If there's a reboot sometimes the odin will reset and all of your loot in the chest will be reset also.

I have got raided 8 times buy p2w players and defended every time and defending is my favorite part of frostborn
I havent been raided yet but thats what I was thinking. Hide a wooden club in a chest in every different room and suprise the shit out of them till I steal their loot.

I have used this strategy for years and it works fantastic. I create in my base a room filled with mobs and usually I put this room behind a fake entrance in my base and it always gets me free loot. This is bc every day u get mobs around your base and instead of killing them u can utilize them and make them into a weapon. With 25-50 mobs u can 1 shot any player and instantly have taken all of their stuff
How do you take the loot tho ?? Would you also get killed if you went there?

Fuerza. The saying goes, "you can lead a horse to the water but you cannot make it drink" is a very good example. You are giving all the best tools to be good and even great in Frostborn but if the people doesn't use you're tools they won't succeed. I've been watching most of you're videos, even earlier videos and I gained so much know how that after a short period of time I've become very rich, not in stuff but in experience as a solo player most of the time. This is such a spot on video. I’ve been playing as a hybrid f2p p2w player as I am in a three man family (one is an alt of mine) while the other guy got covid and hasn’t been on recently. So in essence for a couple weeks now it’s been mostly just me. I’ve been farming everything myself, I’ve cleared the entry level to odin’s and the sanctum three times now, done countless family free yellow zones solo, and multiplayer tombs, I’ve been raided more times than I care for BUT no one has taken anything from me in a base defense raid. Only time I’ve lost anything is truly bad luck in a multiplayer zone when I’ve been engaged with mobs and get attacked. Listen to this man guys he knows exactly what he is talking about!!!!!
****Update****
As of an hour ago I was raided by a three man family. They stupidly chose to engage me one at a time instead of trying to gank. They paid for it to the tune of two pathfinder sets, two blue crossbows, and a ice bow. In turn I used about four bolas and some bandages. Worth it!

Connecting all four bases together is also a way to defend the base even the players are not active. As said 40 chests per person thats 160 of them and keeping resources all scattered will surely defend in a big way.
I totally agree with u fuerza!! But my biggest concern lies in matchmaking and when solo or duo players gets matched with high level 4 member teams!!!..

Love your content! I have not raided yet. That is due to auto farming at work. I am level 75 and town is 43. Really to to work bench. I have not raided due to all the afk gathering and leveling. I need to do it to get past act V. Also when does season 2 start? I have only logged in 8 times and season is already done.
the issue is not where to hide you staff is that if you farm a lot you will have a lot resources, so like me i always use my staff and hide them but since i play a lot i have a lot boxes full , but this was issue when the raid system was broken , so now that you can 1v1 / family / Family this no long the issue :)
Great vid fuerza this will help new peeps alot. The sooner they understand that gear is CURRENCY to PVP WITH, and no item in the game is irreplaceable... so the loss isnt NEARLY as great as it would be in traditional mmo types...the sooner they will play frostborn as it is intended, and not be so worried or upset about losing items in pvp.

Extra tip Odin Is kinda idk not good? bcuz of less chest but in hels envoy u have to kill just mobs and it will give you 25 more slots it's like a ultra vault
And if u get a chance to kill hels envoy u can get 7 days to hide your stuff

That sounds great. One trick I strongly advise that. You say it in last day on earth. If you like to start the raid you have to strengthen your base and equipment some decent gear. This video u say total opposite. I got raided and I realised I made mistake I don't scattered the chest so I lost. Within few days I compensate my base and I regain my stoen stuff within few days
I should have listened , whenever someone raids me , I instantly log out and panic.
Upgrading 1 wall costs 20 planks, that's so expensive ;) especially with the Great wall tactic. I have to spend every day just to get enough Wood
When the helheim update came out I was without my fam and I m healer right after I updated game p2w guy raided me be was 85lvl ilusionist 3 I killed him 2 but he was able to destroy 3 stone walls and he opened 2 big chests he stole like 60berserk and armor potions plus about 100bandages he was kinda stupid cuz he went to my base with medium set as mage
having good stuff does not mean he was p2w player. And he went to your base with that stuff probably because he was looking for an easy loot without a fight
If he had illusionist 3 I'm pretty sure he was p2w

We actually find a way to get match with Bots. Me and my Family Plays at Asia International. We got so late on activating the raid for a 48 hour shield that we started matching at 11:30 PM after like 7 - 11 mins we found a Bot Base So we went ahead and raided it got a lot of Bone Fasteners, Leather strips and many common stuff. So we still feel that we want to raid so we went ahead and match 3 more times. All 3 of them are Bots. 4 (People) Bot Family but only 1 base that is at the top corner of the map. With this thing in our mind now we can now go match 11 or 11:30 pm just to get that 48 Hour shield. Im not sure if this will work on any servers because Asia International is a Low Pop Server.

How did you get your items stacking up to 300 tho? For me things like oil and alchemical powder stack up only to 20, even with purple backpack (yes, I have the latest version)
For example if you go to workbench and click the arrow up to the left you can place wood without bringing it to your inventory
For me defending the base is the best solution using poison bow and throwing axe combo
the best way to defend vs full purple while you are with lvl 2 armor, poison bow and throwing axe is to lock the enemy in a room with chests, when he try to open a chest enter from a door, throw the axe the hit with the poison bow 1 hit then hide, by repeating this way the enemy will consume all of his healings until he die, and remember to keep a distance so he cant use bolas and the best way to do this is making 2 or more doors for every room and everything is ok, never lost a fight using this strategy even with lvl 2 armor, and when you are low on health healing salves are the best to heal faster than your enemy
Nope dosnt work when a whole entire purp team comes at ur base all going for one wall meaning u can barely even peak out the door without getting Insta stunned and especially when ur family is quite high level and just started dam odins a week ago cuz they didn’t know how to do it =\

This game reminds me of Ultima Online. Intense pvp. Tons of farming. A good bit of upgrading. And everybody fighting over backpacks. I rage though when my internet or the game lags and someone trains mobs on me and steals all my shit. Ill take a break for a day or two if im real frustrated. Just like Ultima Online!
I don't feel the same way. PVp zone are enough as per me. But...it really takes a lot of grind to collect so losing stuff of my camp to a Highly overpowered high spender who just walks in with purple gears and loots all of it.... it sucks.

One question, I don't have a family just because I didn't want to be raided and I don't start raids either so...after one month break I come back to the game to find my stuff stolen. I need to mention that I only was part of a clan. Was that the reason that I got raided? I am new to the clan stuff and I was just joining that one just before I had to have a break from the game. the only problem is that pro players can easily raid a newbie
That means you are lvl pushing , dont level up that fast if u dont have good gear , you can get matched with people with same level as you.

Yeah but the thing is i have too much stuff left from when i left my fam and then those got raided those are basic mats like coal, planks, wood, stone, etc

Hello friend, I would like to ask you: Can players attack me when I am offline? Because I have some work and I have to travel, so if I leave the game for a week or a month, will my village be attacked?
After 96 hours of being offline you're base won't be matched in a raid. So if you time it right you only have to worry about being raided once when you are offline for a long period.

@@leonjoice2584 No, after the four days of protection your camp is vulnerable. If anyone starts raid your camp can be found for raid for them. After the raid your camp is safe for four days again.
