Thanks so much for a terrific video. As a Canadian retiring to the city of San Fernando this October I love the wide variety of delicious cuisine in Pampanga. There is quite literally something for everyone's cravings without traveling very far.
How did El Espanol make the list? 😬It's neither good or authentic and it's very expensive. I agree on 52 stone and Pineapple Coast though. Just avoid pasta / steak from 52 stone, the rest is delicious. Pineapple Coast might not be 100% authentic but definitely the closest thing to real Mexican tacos in the Phillipines. I just wish they had a salsa that was actually spicy.

Perfect loaf no good. plain sotanghon is not delicious.
