Teeth, flesh, brains, and skull fragments scattered everywhere in a 60’ radius circle. One of his boots came off and was prolly 20’ away from him. People think putting on a harness is enough. It’s not. You need to understand everything about the system you’re using.

This is for work done at a height of 1.8 m 6 ft
