இப்ப நம்ம கிணத்துக்கடவு ரிசார்ட்ல நம்ம டிசைன்ல ஹோம் தியேட்டர், ஓபன் தியேட்டர் ரெண்டும் தயாராகிக்கொண்டிருக்கிறது.

Its a matter of comfort personal choice u cannot watch a live match/rewatch a gud movie which is out of theatres in a theatre if u too thinking about ROI better to avoid

When you feel like watching a movie at 3 AM with some liquor? If you feel like repeating some dialogues or scenes? If you want to pause for important calls and play from where you left?

We don't need 4k or even 1080p projector. A decent 720p Optoma DLP projector very well do the job by taking 1080 input. Also IMHO, in small rooms Atmos doesn't make a huge difference. Buy a 5.1 receiver and a 10 or 12 inch sealed sub with satellite (or normal) speakers, you will be very happy with the setup in an affordable budget. Look for second hand receivers. Plan before you buy!!
