    Correction at 27:25
    FDS causes PIP flexion by attaching with 2 heads on the volar aspect of middle phalanx
    FDP causes DIP flexion by attaching to distal phalanx

    Beautifui explanation by sir nd mam but slightly mistake by sir while saying insertion of FDP ND FDS by sir which is proximal insertion by FDP ND distal insertion by FDS but while explaning ulnar paradox insertion of these muscles were corrected i.e distal insertion by FDP nd proximal insertion by FDS

    Correction at 30:33 ,, all lumbricals are not supplied by ulnar nerve. L1 & L2 by Median nerve and L3 & L4 by ulnar nerve

  • @kamaninareshbabu3282

    Sir please once explain about this ulnar paradox ..

    • @janeta8574
      @janeta8574 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The more higher the level of injury ,the lesser is the deformity visible.
      ulnar nerve damage at wrist-partial claw hand(DIP flexed since FDP spared)
      But if the injury is higher ,like in the elbow ,then FDP is also involved ,hence the muscles responsible for clawing also gets paralysed ,thus falsely making the hand appear normal or less damaged compared to injury at level of wrist!

    As there are 7 cervical vertebrae but why there are 8 cervical nerves

    • @vishalprasad2138
      @vishalprasad2138 11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      In addition to the seven cervical nerves that pass inferior to the seven cervical vertebrae, one cervical never also passes superior the first cervical vertebra
