Tuna, cow hide(wele),Shiitake Mushroom, Okro,
Spinach, 1 red onion, salt to taste,
OMB shito spice blend
For the plain dough
25Og bread flour, 1tbs sugar,,
1/2tsp nutmeg, 1 tsp yeast,
1tsp cocoa extract, 30g margarine,
125ml of semi skimmed milk,
1/4 tsp salt
