Kingston Family Gatherings 1987

Starts with Easter, with Alix 1 year old. Following that is Dad's Retirement Party at Rick and Cindy's home after 35 years on the force. Bob Westfall was the first speaker at about the 8:00 minute mark. Following that is a video greeting from Jimmy Kingston who was Dad's partner and friend on the force (think about the logistics of getting that from him back in 1987). Olga Teply spoke at the 13 minute mark, followed by Al and then Rick. At the 41:50 mark is a video slideshow that was put together for them about their life together to that point, and it was shown on a TV on the deck during the party. The adult couples then sang a "rewritten" version of "Hello Mother, Hello Father". The party finishes with speeches from Dad and then Mom.
