Very intriguing design choice by the animators here to have shion with her hair down while its normally always up in the tail, and shuna who almost always has it down up in a tail

When I was watching the episode, I repeated the musical piece every time 😢 I'm in love with it. Ever since I learned about the scene in the light novel I always wanted to know what music they'd deliver...and man did they deliver.
I'm an anime only watcher but I have looked up bits of the light novel. When I found out about this scene, I had been looking forward to it for a long time and it did not disappoint. I just wish it was a little longer.
Seeing them immediately made me think of Your Lie in April, and subsequently the opening Hikaru Nara by Goose House. Now I want to listen to that again.
I mean sure, licensing might be a problem, but perhaps they could have used one of the previous OPs of the anime, like what they did with Kobayashi's Dragon Maid
I find it funny that even though their oger humanoids or kijin for newbies shion and shuna are siren because of there looks & how harmonic the played ( instead of sing like sirens are supposed to do
You all want to know an interesting fact the thing is Shion Can make her food good looking. Both in taste and in appearance. The reason why was so bad before it's because she never once tasted her own food.
