היי אריאל, אם נעליים נמוכות עדיפות עבורך אישית אז מעולה - העיקר שאתה שומר על הרגליים והגב במהלך הטיול. :)
אם אתה לא סוחב משקל כבד אין צורך בנעליים גבוהות וכבדות או אטומות. עדיף נעלי ספורט ואולי עם גורטקס.....
