I have a question - is it possible to replace a Sumeet or Philips or Preethi Mixie blade with a Panasonic blade? I read (I think some advertisement) that Panasonic blade is made of special steel, so would like to get that advantage for my ordinary mixie. Thank you, in advance.

Such a neat and detailed self help video. My mixie jar is leaking now and I thought I would fix it myself. Till now I was thinking that the white color fan like thing is bush. Only now I got to know that it’s called coupler and the bronze part is bush .. while trying to dismantle it I rotated it counter clockwise :( and now it has become tight :( I don’t have all those repairing kit u have .. I’m in the US and I hope I’ll find them here .. Thanks again for this wonderful video!!!

Ye spring,jo jar=bartan ke neeche ke motor coupler,aur bush/fiber washer ke beech me kayam dabav rakhti --hai.Is-- se shaft neeche ki taraf kheecha jata hai, us se bartan ke andar ki blade,shaft, uske neeche ka washer, bush par kayam dabav rakhta hai. Parinam- 1) blade,shaft, coupler, ghoomte samay uper neeche hil nahi sakte,
1) is se motor coupler, aur burtan coupler hamesha ek doosre me poore ghuse rahte hai.Motor ki poori power kam me aati hai.Coupler tootne ka dar nshi rahta.
2) Bush ke uper, neeche dono baaju me 2washer spring ki power se bush ko daba ke speed me ghoomne se,-- accha, lambe samay tak tikne wala seal hota hai.
Us se under ka tel, under me hi rahata hai, bush,shaft ko ghisne nahi deta, burtan se paani neeche leak nahi hota hai. Yah sabse badi mahatwa-poorna baat hai. Paani leak hone se, neeche motor me jane ka bada khatra hai. Paani jaane se motor jal jati hai. Is choti si spring se itna fayda,surakshit ta milti hai. Bina spring se bhi grinder chal ta hai. Lekin,jaise jaise 2washer, bush aur shaft ghis jaayenge,paani motor ki taraf=neeche leak hona shuru ho jayega . Is liye spring jaroori hai. Upar ki lambi jaan kari samaz kar kaam karenge, to hum
mixer, uske bartan, saalo saal sambhal kar wapar/istemal kar sakte hai. Apko mixer ke bareme aur kuch bhi kathinai hai,aage kabhi bhi, hame poochi ye. Aapko is jawab me kuch bhi kami lage, to kabhi bhi poochiye, aapka swagat hai, Jawab mil jayega.

Is spring nessesary?can we use without spring?
The spring keeps both motor &jar couplers fully meshed at maximum depth., So motor can apply full power to drive shaft & blade. The spring keeps both washers pressurised on both sides of the bush, thus makes a good seal between shaft & bush, which dose not allow any water & oil (which lubicates the bush & shaft, thus avoids wear,& consiquent water leakage ) If water
leakes from the jar through bush., it surely burns the motor out. So for durebility, safety, a small spring used is essential. Some jars are found replacing the spring by putting on some more washers, it dose not take care of the wear caused by high speed run. when worn, it looses sealing effect of 2 washers ,so may allow leakage.
