the first time i reached this fight was a blast and a half each and every Fight with these people was nothing short of a menace first Behemoth Fight the assault on the city the Gorilla the leader of them the ship battle with him and the final Boss amazing
Silvurrr Boi Jak game’s aren’t really known for it but every one has iconic and brilliant soundtracks. My favourite is actually Jak X. It’s incredible. The best thing about the Jak games’ soundtracks is they’re not distracting or over the top. They feel part of the atmosphere of what’s on screen but they’re still memorable. I had the Blast Bot theme from 3 stuck in my head for ages. That’s how you know they did well. I remember this track often even though I’ve never played this one. That says a lot. :)
This game has the most intense of the soundtracks. And for ps2/psp that was amazing. Jak 3 has a great jogging vibe for me (the dark maker final theme in perticular)
When we read about fantasy stories, maybe we wish we could experience the greatest concentration of life through an adventure testing every single force we hold: grit, wit, willpower, strength. But if you are like me you have fell over once and realized that you could never do that even if you could, as observed you are almost crying over a tiny fall, how could the poor you withstand a journey where you don't hesitate to put your life on the line? But listening to this makes me feel like I could, and I would succeed too. I want to be a man that I can only look at with respect, like a god but a man regardless, forged tough like steel, with blood and pain and mental strength to accept it. MAYBE this could be MY theme, as every single step forward gains more and more weight. I'll forever remember this melancholy, as I listen to this ost of a forgotten PSP game. Everyone thought about at least once, right?
I went into this game and actually enjoy it.. the story is great, the levels are great, the music is great, pretty much everything I liked, including the dark daxter segments.. yeah they were weird, but they were creative and entertaining at least. The only thing I really didn’t like about the game.. was the “game” part.. which is painful to say. If naughty dog constructed this adventure themselves, in my eyes this would have been the best game in the series. That said, even with the weird.. “issues” it has, I still like this game
I think that the general themes and ideas behind the game are amazing, the execution was just... Inferior to the rest of the series. Sky pirates, a flying battle-ready city that's experimenting with Dark Echo in the same way Baron Praxis did, and the coloured Echo powers were a good choice. And of course the sky battles, all of this sounds good if not straight up epic.
At least this game did alright with its OST. This is decent. Brilliant drums. It’s such a shame how this turned out. In concept, Sky pirates, a floating city hub and a lot of the ideas for this game are absolutely brilliant. Cool as fuck. But that’s in concept. In reality Naughty Dog not doing it was never going to end well. It doesn’t feel like a Jak game at that point, unfortunately. It doesn’t have the same spark. Not even close. They just have a unique creative quality to them. The art direction was also strange. They sort of butchered Keira for some reason. And took Jak’s goatee away. Weird. Also Dark Daxter. That was interesting, to say the least. I wish history was different and we got the best Jak game, made my Naughty Dog, keeping the sky pirate thing but it being the true Jak 4 we so desperately crave even to this day. One day Naughty Dog will do the right thing. I’ll never lose faith.
Uh, you do realise that you can remove Jak's Goatee in the other games, right? I never noticed it being absent in this game until you said it. And it isn't even a weird art direction. It was an option in the previous games, so…
I actually loved this game. But again, I haven't played it in close to a decade and it was actually my first Jak game (I ended up buying all of the others on both PS2 and when released, the PS3).
I know it isn't as good as the other Jak games, but its game mechanics were just brilliantly and uniquely designed. Add in the beautiful music, and it's one hell of a masterpiece. Loved it.
I still have this game

Silvurrr Boi It's definitely competing with Jak 3 for the best soundtrack.
@@falcoon_f_zero9450 What did you expect from the composer behind Infamous 1 and 2?
I dunno, Jak 3 is pretty amazing.

I guess this game is only fun for Speedrunning.
@@xxx_jim_the_reaper_xxx Everyone has their opinions about this game. Mostly negative, but I still love it.
