I bet the asking price is very much more than a Filipino would ever pay, this is aimed at a foreigner to buy for his Filipina never to own. You have read the truth, l have great experience in these matters.
@@ArleneLewandowski so many properties in the Philippines are priced well over their true value. An educated investor will weigh in whether 1 hectare of farmland will be the best place put his money against all other options. Owning a farmland comes with the obligation of paying property taxes even if you don’t use it. To generate income from the land, the new owner will have to spend more money get a farm operation going and then hire people to run it. It would take decades to recover the capital put in. If that’s the case (due to overpricing), it would make sense to just simply put the money in a high interest bearing account in a bank. You’ll have no headache managing the farm, make a decent amount, and your asset is liquid to be diverted in case a better opportunity presents itself
I started selling Quezon Province three four years ago and the price increased dramatically because of the high demand since cities like Lipa Batangas or Tanauan are really expensive po Anyway thank you for watching and God bless po

Good morning and God bless always
So overpriced. For 12M, you’ll get more than a hectare in Batangas
It depends on the location po and as well demands play a role on it.
Thank you for watching and God bless po
