Hugh's Tool and Die was the foundation for Howard's fortune, which he inherited from his father, who died a schizophrenic. Howard is infamous for going Coo-coo for coconuts in his later years, saving his fingernail clippings, urine and other bodily fluids. Before that however, Howard built up the business with an advanced aviation industry that still makes components for the military to this day. Howard also was involved with the entertainment industry and had a significant role in developing Las Vegas. So, clearly, this in-game story is related to the Howard Hugh's story.
I love this place, I learned how to use the GECK solely to turn this place into my base of operations. I added a vault room, tons of security robots, Guards outside, an armory and even a hatch leading to a personal vault. This place gave me some great memories.

In the Mod called 'Run the Lucky 38', which adds several underground levels to the hotel/casino, one of which has tunnel system, which includes a small entry/side room, that contains the terminal with 'let me in'-like text, along with a unindentified skeleton remains, whilest the rest of tunnels has two exit points, first to manhole cover into freeside, the other directly connecting with H&H company itself

In the Mod called 'Run the Lucky 38', which adds several underground levels to the hotel/casino, one of which has tunnel system, which includes a small entry/side room, that contains the terminal with 'let me in'-like text, along with a unindentified skeleton remains, whilest the rest of tunnels has two exit points, first to manhole cover into freeside, the other directly connecting with H&H company itself
