Hi Jody - the view from the water is beautiful. We really thought the cabin was nice, and it's really well situated for going anywhere in the park.
If you have time while you're there, be sure to do the Signal Mountain drive. I did a video on it if you're interested in learning more, but it really does offer some unique views for the park - and it's not far from the lodge.
