I want to know about when if oxygen level is more than 23.5% then....
1) reasons for high oxygen level!
2) how to reduce that oxygen level?

1. Using pure oxygen as ventilation method inside the confined space is very dangerous and not advisable.
2. Oxygen should not be used as ventilation because it will the atmosphere flammable.
