Joy Boy and Imu are not from the same kingdom. Joy Boy was explicitly from the Ancient Kingdom, and Imu was a royal from one of the First Twenty allied Kingdoms.
I like the idea that they might be siblings. Something about those thought of them always in competition starting with simple kids games and escalating as they became the 2strongest beings. Imu wanted to play a great game where if she won the human world would cease to exist. Only joyboy could stop her. He realized tho as long as he was alive she would continue to obsess over their rivalry and never stop. So instead of playing the game she wanted he sacrificed himself. Imu frustrated by this and still wanting to prove a point, tried multiple times to destroy everything by getting her hands on the strongest weapons in the world. But to her surprise joyboy s sacrifice embedded his essence into the human world creating the will of D and Devil Fruits to give humans a chance to fight back
I definitely think they were siblings because there's clearly an element of betrayal to the imu joyboy narrative. it's the only reasonable explanation for a kingdom with such advance technology to be defeated. I never felt like imu was a woman tho. I feel like he may be inhabiting her body hence the distorted voice we get in the anime

Here is some advice, the snails mouth would be better off without the talking animation. Its like watching a chinese movie with english dub. It is very distracting and honestly, to me it makes me take you less seriously. thats the only criticism ive got. Its not a big one but im probably not the only one who feels like that. other than that its a pretty good video,
I hope the story doesn’t turn out to be this bad and makes all these reaches that have no serious significance. Would really ruin it for me if after all these years the story was this bad
