Hey Dave, I'm so happy that you saw this one and started playing it. I came across it the other day and addicted to it and Infected Free zone lol...The pawn shop - you throw something on the ground outside the pawnshop and sell it like an old desk etc. And you know that you can buy food/drinks for later and it will go in your inventory :) Hope you are having a great time w/ Penge! Back in the day of vanilla WoW a couple of Greeks were in the guild I was part of and at 3 am we would be raiding with them connecting from a packed internet cafe. Push to talk was paramount due to the noise from the cafe. Sigh, they were good times.

On day one you can take out every loan. ALL of them. Then you can set up at least 10 computer tables, and buy the expansion that automatically accepts access requests (it's that small square next to be big button) and take payments (that's the big button). At that point, the Internet Cafe side runs itself except for cleaning, although you'll want to increase prices the way you already have and upgrade the equipment over time. Then you buy the checkout, three shelves and all the groceries you can. Make sure you check each category - there's a lot more than two things you can sell. You'll have to run that manually for a little while, but soon you'll unlock the ability to have a cleaner (it's well worth doing) and someone for the cash register.
Your time will probably be mostly spent just putting items into the warehouse and restocking the shelves. As far as I can tell, you'll need to restock often. I recommend you make each shelf unique, and if you run out of stock just remove the label and put up stock that you have. Keep those shelves as full as you can to reap the best profits. Later on the profit margin on grocery items will be crazy good, so they are the items you'll want to focus on.
You get a 20% bonus if you put a pot plant on each desk. make sure you take the neon ladies off the wall before you expand. subbed 😀

I have to say, the fact the 3d screen shows what you are doing in the menu and updates in real time is pretty impressive. I'm surprised that this feature isn't standard in every simulator.
Now stocking up on food & drinks to sell at what is clearly an internet Cafe would be the sensible idea but it's Dave so what other fun stuff can be sold
