* Beetroot (चुकंदर) - Some
* Peas (मटर) - Some
* Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) - 4
* Cumin (जीरा ) - 1 Tbsp
* Fennel (सौंफ ) - 1 Tbsp
* Coriander (धनिया) - 1 Tbsp
* Oil (तेल) - 1 Tbsp
* Peanut (मूंगफली) - 1 Cup
* Curry Leaves (करी लव्स) - Some
* Ginger and Green Chilli (अदरक हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Salt (नमक ) - As Per Taste
* Chilli Flakes (रेड चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Amchoor Powder (अमचूर पाउडर ) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - Some
* Raisins (किशमिश) - Some
* Bread (ब्रेड)
* Milk (दूध) - Some
* Water (पानी) - Some
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲
* Oil (तेल)
* Asafetida (हींग) - Some
* Cumin (जीरा) - Some
* Green Chili (हरी मिर्च) - Some
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
* Cumin Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - Some
* Chili Flakes (रेड चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some
* Red Chili Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक ) - As Per Taste
* Onion (प्याज) - Some
* Black Salt (काला नमक) - Some
* Tamarind Water (इमली का पानी) - Some
* Jaggery (गुड़) - Some
* Water (पानी) - Some
✍🏻RECIPE:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, keep the pan for heating, add Oil, coarsely ground Cumin Seeds, Fennel Seeds, and Coriander Seeds, Curry Leaves, Ginger, Green Chili, Salt, Chili Flakes, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, and Coriander Powder. Saute all then add chopped Beans, Carrot, Beetroot, and boiled and mashed Potato. Mix and mash with a masher. Then add Coriander Leaves, Raisins, and roasted and crushed Peanuts. Take it out on a plate and keep it cool then make dough balls.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲, heat a pan, add Oil, Asafetida, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds/Methi Dana, Green Chili, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Chili Flakes, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Salt, finely chopped Onion, Black Salt, soaked Tamarind Pulp, Jaggery and Water. Stir and cook on a slow flame. Garnish with Coriander Leaves and chopped Onion.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥, take Bread Slice and cut their edges. Dip the Bread into a Milk Water mixture and squeeze with your palms. Place the filling cover well and wrap it with Bread Crumbs. Fry the Bread Rolls on medium flame until they turn golden and crispy. Serve the Crispy Bread Rolls with Chutney and enjoy!
