I always love your labels. With regard to Tim‘s new stamp set and ink on the edges, may I make a suggestion? Years ago I used to purchase rubber stamps from Stampin Up. They came unmounted and square, just like this new set. The company told us to trim them by cutting around the image so that it would stamp cleanly. Use a heavy duty pair of scissors and just neatly trim off corners or cut around the circle ones. This is a cost effective strategy for the company. Everyone is cutting costs these days , so I guess this is why they did it. You might not care to take the time to do this, but others might, so I thought I would share. ❤
@@SevenplazaCreative I completely agree with you. I had considered buying it but now that I see these issues, I think I will pass. That’s a ton of small stamps to trim. Hopefully Stampers Anonymous will figure it out.
Trim that part of the stamps off with a sharp blade or scissors. Problem solved! Love, love love all your videos. You are my favorite to have running constantly on my laptop while I am crafting. Really love when you show us your thrifting hauls! Keep all this goodness coming.
I love watching your videos! Especially the ones where you stamp numbers and small words on things like labels, folios, and journaling cards. I must have been a bureaucrat in a past life, because office supplies and vintage forms really make me happy. 🤣
Hello! I just wanted to tell you how much I love your videos. In the past three months I think I've watched well over 150. I loved the whole series of the Gretchen junk Journal. I particularly really loved your whole mass make March series, and have watched those several times. I've made lots of tags and pockets and tickets and all kinds of things from falling along with those videos. I adore, junk, journaling, and collaging and have for years and years. But I love to listen to you talk, and I love everything that you do, and your style matches up with what I love so perfectly. I am in the house alone and ridiculous amount of time because of weak immune system from cancer treatments so you have been my company for quite a long time!❤❤ also I just have to say it cracks me up whenever you say "uh like so" because my Alexa responds to you every time. Usually she just says I'm not sure how to help you with that but one time she said "OK I've added flip it over to your shopping list." it just makes me laugh every time. Be well, dear you are truly admired and appreciated from Connecticut USA.
I started making your labels and forgot to make a comment, I am getting bad, so here I am. I am very happy with what you have created, I got so excited, I made some, yours a very nice. Thanks for sharing big hugs and kisses to Daisy and Jackson.🤗😘🤗😘
I love her too, she is very inspiring. Just like you!! These turned out amazing. Maybe you could try sanding one a little, then inking it up? Never know, it could look awesome. Especially since you will be doing it and everything looks spectacular with your magic 🪄. Fun and fantastic! Hugs 🤗❤️
I believe most of the rest of the world is street name first, and then the number. And metric system. And Celsius. And day-month-year (sometimes this makes me confused). I'm a translator, and most of the time I translate the works of British authors, but sometimes I forget and two or three chapters later I scream "Oh my God, this is an American author!" and have to go back and convert Fahrenheit into Celsius, or change month-day-year into day-month-year, hahaha! BTW love the labels! An inspiration to use all my scraps. Thank you.
How nice. I love these. I keep meaning to tell that about 60 miles south of where I live, we have Queen Wilhelmina State Park.. The park was created in the 1880’s to honor her. You can Google it and see pictures. It’s a beautiful area of my state.

Perfect timing! I’m not crazy about Halloween, but I have some spooky stamps and die cuts that my grandkids love! I have lots of coffee stained paper begging to be used, too-These little labels will be perfect! 👻💀🕷️🕸️
Hi Margreth! I love this new way you made the labels! Hopefully soon I can get Toni’s amazing stamps to use on these too…she’s so clever! I am going to be making these labels for sure once my black kraft core cardstock arrives…I got the last package where I order from. They look so cool on the coffee dyed paper (love coffee dyed paper for anything) and using the postage stamps was genius Margreth!! Thanks so much for all these fun ideas with a new twist on the labels. Also I just sent you a long (you know me…😂) email about the stamp issues. Take care and hug the fur babies for me. 🥰
These are so cool I love them and the coffee dyed paper is so amazingly grungy 🥰 I absolutely love seeing you using my stamps it makes me so happy, thank you so much sweetheart 🤍
Miss Margreth, beautifully done. I like them. Love Toni's stamps. I watch Marlies too. Thank you for sharing and God Bless you and your family. 🥰💖💖💖💖💖👍👍👍👍👍(🌹🐞🦂🌵)
I love your labels. Always inspiring. If I am in a slump I can watch one of your label videos and it always get me going again. With regard to the edges of the stamps catching the ink: you might think about trimming the edges back ever so slightly with an Exacto knife, just carve off the top mm or so that keeps getting in the way.
I'm having the same problem with the Tidbits stamps it's driving me nuts! I've seen others cut off the excess rubber to stop it but I haven't been brave enough yet. I love Toni's stamps too. Thank you for sharing this great project ❤ xxx
Ooh, double layered labels, a favourite of mine. I have my Tidbit stamp set, so Yay! Watched a lot of Create and Craft TV demos back in the day... They always said take ink pad to the stamp, less chance of inky edges. Now I'll have to look for the Curator set. Naughty Margreth! 😂 TFS❤ Not sure why, but my YT notifications aren't coming through like usual. 🤔
There were more ads interrupting your video than usual. ? Aside from that, awesome labels. I think I can do this. You come up with the most unique ideas. Thank you for inspiring us to make something "more" interesting.
Love them! I have the same issue with this stampset TM, I am a bit sad because it is my first stampset, I do not have the budget and I bought it and it just smudges :( Love Tonis stamps too, was happy to snag them when they came out second time. deze had je een hele poos geleden ook al eens gemaakt...met restanten scrappapiier en oude boek bladzijden...en dan allerlei plaatjes en stempeltjes er op... ik heb toen mee geknutseld...en heb ook nog wat lege liggen. maar deze met koffie papier en veel stempels en 1 postzegeltje zijn ook weer erg mooi !dank je wel weer Margreth 🤗😘😊
Hi Margreth. In South Africa, when we write the address is Afrikaans, we put the street first and then the number. This must be because of our Dutch heritage. When we write it in English, we put the number first, then the street. Probably because of our English heritage.
My curator set is out for delivery today so I will let you know if it has the same issue, but my guess is that it does. Like you, it drives me nuts to have those edges so I just cut off the offending area. I don’t have any problem trimming my stamps and stencils so that they work better for me. They don’t look as pretty, but I don’t have to worry with masking, etc.

In my opinion with the price of the set, it should not have that issue to begin with . 😜
@@SevenplazaCreative absolutely correct. I’m very annoyed with this issue
